I am using the same log in that I have always used. Why can’t I log in?

Register in SmartHub as a ‘NEW USER’ if you are new to SmartHub.

How do I register in SmartHub?

  1. Click here to access SmartHub or you can locate SmartHub at www.lcec.net.
    1. REGISTER AS A NEW USER if you do not have a SmartHub account. Your past LCEC Account Access information will no longer work in SmartHub.
    2. You need your billing account number, last name or business name, and e-mail address.
    3. If your billing account number has zeros at the beginning, do not enter the zeros. For example if your LCEC account number is 0012345678, enter it in SmartHub as 12345678.
  2. You can also download the SmartHub mobile app in the Apple Store ® or in the Android® Market, but must register in SmartHub online first.
    1. Search for SmartHub (not case sensitive, but must be all one word). Enter your zipcode or LCECSWFL to find the LCEC app.
    2. The SmartHub app is free to download and install.

My old account number is not accepted in SmartHub. Why?

  1. When entering your billing account number, do not enter any zeros at the beginning of the account number. For example if your LCEC account number is 0012345678, enter it in SmartHub as 12345678.
  2. If you have no leading zeros, your LCEC account number is entered as-is.
  3. If you are accessing SmartHub for the first time, you must REGISTER AS A NEW USER.

Where do I go to pay my bill?

  1. You can pay your bill at SmartHub, which will require you to register and provides you with many other benefits including instant account management, customer notifications, usage, and payment history.
  2. You can also pay your bill at Pay Now, which requires no registration and quick access for customers to pay their bills.

Where can I pay using a credit or debit card?

  1. You can pay using a credit/debit card by logging into SmartHub. The credit card link is located towards the top-right of the screen to the left of the orange Pay Now button, where it reads, Pay with Credit/Debit Card. You will be directed to ACI Worldwide, LCEC payment processing partner. There is a $4.00 convenience fee to pay with your credit/debit card per payment.
  2. Credit Card payments can also be made on the mobile app by logging into SmartHub. You will be directed to ACI Worldwide, LCEC payment processing partner. There is a $4.00 convenience fee to pay with your credit/debit card per payment. LCEC does not receive any part of this fee.
