LCEC ENERGY EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM

Energy education is important to all ages, and it starts with our youth! The LCEC Energy EmPOWERment Program aims at educating students about how to stay safe around electricity, how electricity works, and so much more!
The LCEC Energy EmPOWERment Program has several components including a:
- Fun, interactive performances from the National Theatre for Children
- High voltage demonstration with the LCEC Zap-Free Zone mobile display
Educators or school administrators interested in booking a performance or a Zap-Free Zone demo, please contact [email protected].

Taking an active role in classrooms demonstrates a commitment to two of the seven cooperative principles that LCEC abides by: Education, Training, and Information and Concern for Community. This is just one example of why cooperative membership matters!
