Florida Energy Saver Program

Florida Energy Saver Program (FESP) is a state initiative that aims to assist Florida residents in reducing energy costs through energy efficiency improvements including home appliances, weatherization and home repairs. The financial assistance comes in the form of two rebate programs expected to launch in 2026 pending approval from the U.S. Department of Energy. For more information about this program, click here.

FESP requires up to 13 months of pre-installation electrical consumption data to estimate the energy-saving potential of the HOMES and HEAR program. Up to 13 months of post-upgrade consumption data may also be required to verify project energy savings.

To request your pre or post 13 months of electrical consumption data, please complete the LCEC FESP Questionnaire.
