If the problem is in the customer service drop (line from the pole to your house), this is the customer’s responsibility. Please contact your local Chamber of Commerce for qualified tree care services in the area.
If the trees are interfering with the lines running from pole to pole, this is LCEC’s responsibility. Please complete the form below.
For trees around the main service lines, tree care service is performed on a maintenance schedule basis.
Note: Any dangerous condition with the power lines should be reported to LCEC by calling 239-656-2300 or 800-282-1643. If you see a person that has come in contact with the power line, call 911 immediately.
If you are currently without power, please call the LCEC Customer Care Center immediately at 800-599-2356 or 239-656-2300. You can also login to SmartHub to report an outage or download our mobile app to report an outage on the go.
LCEC will respond to specific customer requests if the trees in your area are posing an immediate threat to safety or to the reliability of electric service. If your request meets the criteria stated above, simply fill out the form below.
