The LCEC vision is to deliver the power that energizes our communities. This vision encompasses delivery of electricity but it also expresses commitment to supporting our communities through philanthropic endeavors. LCEC employees are among the top contributors to the United Way and help with countless other social service, educational, environmental and health-related agencies and programs.

Employee volunteerism at LCEC is unique. LCEC employees are a diverse group made of union and non-union, salaried and hourly, men and women. They have varied backgrounds when it comes to education, technical skills, personal interests and job experience. However, each and every employee has a similar dedication to making a difference in the community.
