Stop service in three easy steps!

1. Log in to SmartHub and click My Services from the menu bar to submit your stop service request.
2. Turn off the main breaker when you leave.
3. Make sure the meter is accessible for LCEC to complete the request.

Has service already been transferred to another account? No further action is needed. Log in to SmartHub to update your forwarding address for final billing and future equity retirements.
