Tarik Ayasun

Trustee At Large

Mr. Ayasun has served on the Board since 2019. He and his wife, Janice, reside on Marco Island, becoming LCEC members in 1987.

Mr. Ayasun is President/CEO of Taray International Corporation. He served in the Turkish Army as a Lieutenant and became a United States citizen in 1977. He attended the University of Maryland, College Park, Maryland, earning a bachelor’s degree in international marketing.

Community Service:  Coach, Marco Island Charter Middle School Girls’ Soccer Team; past president, Marco Island Area Chamber of Commerce; member and past president, Marco Island Noontime Rotary Club; board member, Physicians Regional Hospital; past member, District Export Council, Florida; graduate, Leadership Collier; past board member, Marco Island YMCA; past president, Marco Island Code Enforcement Board; board member, Marco Island Police Foundation; and president, Marco Island Charter Middle School Board.
