Richard H. Pritchett III

District 5, Seat 1 – North Fort Myers

Mr. Pritchett has served on the Board since 2012 and currently serves as the Board Treasurer. He is a lifelong resident of Lee County, and he and his wife, Lynne, reside in North Fort Myers. He has been an LCEC member since 1983.

Mr. Pritchett is the president of Centennial Builders of Lee County and president of Dick Pritchett Real Estate, Inc., home of the internationally recognized Southwest Florida “Eagle Cam.” He is also the co-owner of Carter-Pritchett Advertising and Pri-Car Ranch. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, majoring in finance, from the University of Florida.
