Deborah Kramer

DISTRICT 2, SEAT 1 – CAPE CORAL

Mrs. Kramer has served on the Board since 2025. She and her husband have been full-time residents of Cape Coral since 2017.

Mrs. Kramer is a former partner and now part-time Senior Advisor with ALULA, a management consultancy advising executives of large and mid-sized corporations, including a Fortune 10 oil and gas company. She held leadership and executive roles for over 30 years at a financial services corporation, with experience in finance, human resources, marketing, operations, and direct sales. Mrs. Kramer is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Indiana University, Bloomington. She completed executive MBA courses at Wharton, the University of Michigan, and IESE Business School in Barcelona. She also interned for five summers with Central Illinois Public Service Company (now Ameren), a gas and electric utility company.

Community Service: Past member, board of directors, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra; past board of directors, Milwaukee Achievers Literacy Services; proven work on long-term strategy, mission and vision, and operational planning; a wealth of experience and cross functional knowledge ready to serve as a thought partner to leaders and employees; has helped identify and assess potential solutions to business challenges; able to engage people to achieve critical outcomes that meet member needs.
