Due to global supply chain issues and Hurricane Ian, security and streetlight repair requests may be delayed. Disruptions in raw materials and equipment supplies are currently impacting the ability to meet our service standards.
Impacted customers will be notified if their repair request will be delayed.
Suppliers are unable to provide exact delivery dates for inventory and LCEC will not have the ability to predict when inventory levels will reach normal levels. Supply chain challenges are expected to extend through 2024. In addition, all 13-foot companion poles (Canterbury, Washington, and Traditional) have a 48-week lead time.
LCEC is working to provide service in the most efficient manner possible and will conduct repair requests in the order they are received, as equipment becomes available. Thank you in advance for your patience.
