LCEC continually looks to provide products and services that enhance the value of your electrical service and give you peace of mind.
Who is providing the service plans offered by LCEC?
LCEC's Service Plans are provided by Cross Country Home Services, Inc. LCEC is not affiliated with Cross Country Home Services, Inc., or the home services and other plans it markets.
How do I sign up for LCEC Service Plans?
For additional information or to sign up for a service plan, please call 1-866-230-4983.
Who do I contact for claims related to LCEC Service Plans?
For all claims, please call 1-866-230-4983. LCEC will not be responsible for submitting any claims.
How are the contractors selected?
Contractors are certified by Cross Country Home Services, Inc., using a scoring system that includes availability, specialty, customer service and customer satisfaction levels.
What if a contractor does not provide satisfactory service?
LCEC encourages customers to provide feedback on all contractors associated with the LCEC Service Plans, positive or negative. Feedback will be utilized in the scoring of contractors for continued use in the program.
How am I billed for LCEC Service Plans?
Your LCEC account will be billed monthly.
What are my payment options?
