• Start Inspection (doc) or (pdf) - form is sent at the same time a new start is sent to Customer service
• Midpoint Inspection (doc) or (pdf) - form used when builder requests E-1 Insulation Inspection and before drywall installation
• Final Inspection (doc) or (pdf) - form is completed at closing and the homeowner will be contacted
